UK Specialist Vehicle Sourcing & Sales
Three Possible Routes

How the process can work.

Depending on the vehicle, your circumstances, and what makes sense commercially, one of the following options may be considered. We'll discuss the most appropriate route once we've reviewed the details.

Option I

Direct Purchase

RMSL GROUP LTD may consider buying your vehicle directly, where it fits within our purchasing criteria and an agreement can be reached on valuation.

Option II

Trade Purchase

Where direct purchase isn't suitable, we may explore trade purchase through our supplier network — offering an onward route for the vehicle.

Option III

Part-Exchange

If you're also looking to buy a vehicle through our sourcing service, part-exchange of your current vehicle can be considered as part of the overall arrangement.

The Process

From enquiry to agreement.

A structured process designed to be clear at every stage. All offers and arrangements are subject to inspection and confirmation.

Send Vehicle Details

Provide details of the vehicle — make, model, year, mileage, specification, condition and any relevant history.

Initial Review

We assess whether the vehicle fits direct purchase, trade purchase, or part-exchange consideration.

Inspection & Checks

Physical inspection, condition assessment, ownership verification and history checks are carried out.

Valuation Discussion

An indicative valuation is discussed openly, based on condition, market data and the chosen route.

Documentation

Appropriate paperwork, ownership transfer documentation and settlement of any outstanding finance are addressed.

Agreement & Settlement

Once terms are agreed, settlement is completed and the vehicle is handed over per the agreed arrangement.

What We'll Need

Useful information from the outset.

To give a meaningful initial response to a sell or part-exchange enquiry, the more detail you can share at the start, the better. The following are usually helpful:

  • Make, model and trim level
  • Year of manufacture and registration date
  • Mileage and MOT status
  • Service history and previous ownership
  • Any known faults, damage or required work
  • Outstanding finance (if any)
  • Location of the vehicle
  • Photographs, where possible
Subject to Inspection & Agreement Any indicative response provided before physical inspection is preliminary. Final valuation and any purchase, trade purchase or part-exchange arrangement is subject to inspection, checks, ownership verification, and agreement between both parties.

If you have a vehicle you're considering selling or part-exchanging, send us the details and we'll come back to you with the next step.
